These packages don’t require a change of cloths but there will be paperwork to fill out. The sessions can also be done over Zoom if travel is a problem or if you are out of state. The completed paperwork will help Ashley guide you through a program that is catered to your specific needs, intentions and goals.
The sessions lead us down the road of discovery of who you really are and what it is that you truly want to be in this lifetime. The first step in discovering “you” is realizing your dream, and what makes you happy? Discovering core values and boundaries is a means of finding out what it is that makes someone happy or creates peace with purpose in life.
Another way to look at this approach can be laid out as follows:
Ashley uses a 1,2,3,4 approach to getting someone completely dialed into his or her own happiness.
#1 What is your dream? What is more important than your pain? What do you love so much that you are willing to change to achieve it?
#2 We will look at all the energy forces in your body that would throw your physiology out of balance. When the balance is disrupted, the perception is disrupted and our reality becomes a distorted picture.
#3 We will look at the choices in your life that could realistically come about by yourself to create the life you wish to lead. The choices can be big or merely baby steps but they are created by yourself so you can take the responsibility for your own success.
#4 The last and final step is the awareness of the four doctors Dr. Quiet, Dr. Diet, Dr. Movement and Dr. Happiness and what can each of these doctors say about your life to complete the ultimate balance. When listening to the first 3, you ultimately get the gratification of Dr. Happiness.
Due to the time it takes to process and create change, there are only 2 packages with sessions preferably done weekly that can be considered with Ashley.
